I love the current combat system. But why is the first person perspective so low immersiv during combat action. The animation are not fluently and the player lost orientation or dont know whqt happened during some moves. It is realistic but not immersiv. If you compare it with other games like mirrors edge 2 you can see how improveable the animations and camera angle is. The player there makes saltos, backflip grabbling with enemy without orientation issues. I dont mean the realistic aspect. The fluently animations, player models and the entire view looks way better and comfortable.
Third person perspective is not a option because you try to be innovative and 2/3 of your community demand the first person view. So my question is what will you do to improve the combat immersion? Increase the fov? Speed adjustmant of animations? Better textures/models of the players weapons and hands? A diffrent camera angle? I ask because I can not imagine that you want to make new animations. And I can not also imagine that the current moves or view are final. The moves of opponents or the third person view is perfect but it should be possible to offer the same quality for the players moves in first person. If you fix this problem maybe you could convince the third person corner to fall in love with first person view.

The combat in KC:D is really nice but the immerison is not higher than in other games. I think the problem is that the moves still dont feel fluid enough and the player models are not optimized.
Maybe you are right with the false camera angle.
A forum member quote this from a youtube member in a other thread.
Additionally there are still no finish moves. I hope they will increase the immersion.
But you are right. I hope a Team member could say something about that issues.

Yes that points you describe have to improved. The combat and its immersion could be better. The animations have to be more fluid. The animations in beta trailer are nice. I hope every attack will have this quality in the final game. I also love the slowmotion moves.
