You really need to get a new programmer, who can optimise code. I’m doing the Nightingale quest
for the 2nd play thougjh and loading time after he gave me the torch is currently at 5 minutes and
counting. It’s not crashed, it’s just spinning it’s wheels. Optimisation in this game is horrendous. In the
end I was forced to end task. Now I have to go through it again sigh. This happens if you lose the game of farkle, or if you refuse to play.
[EDIT] So I reload, go through it all again, and again every time I get the torch the the game refuses to load, and I’m left with a black screen and a spinning empty loading icon. Even if I load an earlier game, whenever I get
to this point on a 2nd play though on a brand new install I get the same problem, infinite loading screen after getting the torch from Nightingale.
Still, it’s a great game, but jeez KCD 2 you need to fix all the problems before release
