I’m infitrating Vranik and I can’t find the “flaming heart shied” that I saw on some posts. Did you find it when infiltrating Vranik the first time or when attacking it? Thanks.
The Robber Baron has it on the latest patch if you have not already done that quest

@nopinkcreations @Gerax Hey guys, thanks for your reply. I finished the Robber Baron quest some time ago, but I did it the non-violent way so I couldn’t acquire the shield there. I’m trying to get it in Vranik since according to some users you can get it there too.
it has been a while since i ransacked Vranik and i have not done it at all since the latest DLC so im afraid i cant tell you if its in there

Its a random loot from NPCs which may carry the shields. I had oe from random encounter with a bunch of heavy armored knights.
