I got strong flickering only near fireplaces like near a pot or at an open fire. Has anyone seen that and might know a solution?

Flickering happens, when you have lighting effects set to ultra. i don’t know if it’s your case, but try set it to very high or high.
No Lighting is set to very high. That prevented flickering like from light coming through a window for me.
But the flickering made by fire and fireplaces still exists.
Maybe today will be released new patch update, it will maybe fix your problem. Or you can report it to Warhorse support.
