Flower Power perk does not work

…No matter how many herbs I have in my inventory. The perk just never activates. What a waste.

Please exit the game then start it again. I’m saying that because sometimes happened to me I had to restart the game to “get things working”.
Also please post the platform.

I’m playing on PC, have 30 dandelions in inventory and the perk is working:

Forgot to ask, did you even activate it? It won’t work until you unlock it.

Make sure to have flowers like poppies? For me it works too, on ps4.

PC… I have 100’s of all manner of herbs, flowers, weeds, etc…and it still does not work.

Edit: Of course I unlocked it…sigh

Did with 10 belladonnas and 30 nettles (even if 30 are required) also on PC.

Edit: See the last picture down by charisma. now randomly it is working. I can’t explain it, these screenshots were taken within minutes of each other. No client reset or anything.
