Flying bug after reading the dexterity manual. Do I have to lose the progress and load?

I’ve defeated the brawler (fisher), who gave me a book on dexterity. After reading it, I started flying, can’t walk out of it.
Waiting works, ‘resets’ me on the ground, but as soon as I’m there I start going up again. Can’t fast travel.

Any advice aside from loading a savegame from half an hour before?

Ok, for what it’s worth, reloading after saving in the air helped, I fell, broke both legs, but hey! New experience
