ok after 330 hours in my 3rd play through i looted augsburg legs off someone at the end of the game .
im not sure if it was a guard or a bandit. i never even new i could own them as a player i only seen hans and maybe some other npc’s wearing them. but that changed when i seen someone in “show us you henry” with them and then i got them after that. but now starting my 4th play through, i want them from the start, so i got to googling lol. so like me, if u never knew this treasure chest existed well here ya go .enjoy

Yep, there are a lot of treasures in the game. I so far have found the 5 ancient you get with preorder, plus 20 other regular treasure maps. I saw a post saying it was 30 treasures total, so googled and found this.

Too bad I’m not very good at lockpicking so I can get those legs. Augsburg is probably the best looking armor, but I guess I’ll stick with my Magdeburg legs.

If you are on PC, get the mod to help with opening chests. I have mobility issues, and struggled myself. I can only open them with the mod, as I don’t have the fine motor control needed for lock picking.
you can steal hans capon armor just before he gives you the keys to his personal chest after that hes wearing it …
.so u cant get it from.him…takes a real long time to lose the stolen flag tho that armor
I always steal all of Capons armor and sword during the bath house quest lol. It is easy to just take it from the bath house chest, along with the key to the cellar lol
He walks around in his underwear most of the time anyway.
Kind of funny in quests like Clothes make the man, Henry wears the finest clothing, and Hans stands there in his pyjamas.
I had him go on the robber baron quest in his underwear, it was too funny.
