Today I met the fortune teller (on the Rattay market place) for the second time.
she was telling me that she could see a girl in a red dress, who’s the love of my life.
And she even gave me her name: Elishka. 
Unfortunately I already did the quest with Hermann and her (ages ago), so I’m wondering, did I miss something?
Oh never meet her 
never seen the quest or woman.
There are more people with the same name.
If you believe fortune tellers, yes, you missed something…
But no, she is just as fake as in real life. Tell her that you don’t pay for that and she indirectly admit that (wich is funny).

First time I met her (on one of my early days in Rattay) it was something between 11/12am.
Only met her once in my first ~100 hours playthrough though.
(This is my second and I’m already at ~70 hours again …)

She told me what would later happen with Theresa.
That’s why I’m wondering if Elishka could be dated too.
But you’re right though, maybe she means another Elishka.
Or maybe I’m wrong. As far as I know, Elishka is not for Henry’s grabby hands…
The Elishka that my Henry met was the wife of a criminal that the Rattay executioner hung. And there’s a quest to help her get settled with her in laws or hookup the executioner with her, who’s been in love with her since before she got married. The interesting part was when I talked with the soothsayer (either during or after the quest) she mentioned Elishka and how she sees her in Henry’s life (as in a relationship). I told how wrong she was.
Is this mebbe a PS4 quest or for another country?
met her once in lower sasau, she told me about my love “theresa” … well played, still didn’t pay xD

That’s the quest I was refering to; Hermann (the executioner) and Elishka. But I got this “foreseeing” dozens of hours after that quest and it made me wonder…

We all got the same game afaik, so no special quests for anyone.

Didn’t know she could spawn somewhere else than Rattay.
Yes, she was wrong this time (I think?) but I payed her anyway, cause I’m generous and filthy rich lol 
I was fiddling around with the random_event.xml the other day (slightly raising the chances and cooldowns), as I was getting no random encounters at all, maybe that’s why I met her for a second time
