Hello Anyone Reading This!
I started the From The Ashes quest line with 5k gold (obviously not a great idea i didnt know about), got the office of bailiff, saw the gold costs of the buildings so i started doing some quest to get loaded with gold, suddenly without any warning (messengers like in Skyrim could come handy here actually) about 6 hours(might be more) after i got the office of bailiff, i failed the A Place to Call Home quest and all the other ones related to From The Ashes, so my BIG question is, Is there/ Will there be any way to restart that quest line, like pay a lot of gold for getting another chance from Sir Divish, i’d really like to try out this DLC and didnt pay for it to be failed because it failed to mention i’d need 50k gold to JUST dont lose it. I did the same as you, since I did not have money. But I did not fail the quest. That’s strange. When I got money, I started to build something.
Truth be told i needed some more serious equipment for some quests, thats where most of my gold went, also i was doing side quests which can get rly long and with that giving more time to Sir Divish to hate me and rid me of my village, and also when i had the money for the woodcutters camp(2k over the requierement) went to Marius and there was no “Lets build…” option, waited few hours, days, still couldnt make him build anything
Sounds to me that you unfortunately will have to reload an old save before you started the quest. My advice is to have at least 30K before starting the expansion (you can easily get that in a few hours by killing bandits and cumans and selling their armour).
Thats the problem, the last save i had before starting FTA i made a LOT of progress on main and side quest lines, u know to get gold and stuff, but im getting together myself maybe and restart the whole thing, anyway thank you all for advices and your help, good luck in Bohemia 
Meantime i checked and there is 15 hours of gameplay between the start of FTA and my latest save
