So I build everything there is to build and I brought all the people that I could bring to the “town with terrible name”.
Still I have no judging to do. How do I start judging?
Days and days have past in the game, nothing.
Look on the map and you will see an activity marker which shows the place to judge in Pribyslavitz.
Nothing there for me.
I would advise going questing. Every time I finished some side quest, a new judgment tended to appear in Pribyslavitz. Some of the judgments revolve around people you have recruited. Others require certain buildings to be built. So, wander around, solve problems, recruit who you can, build what you can, and the judgment quest marker will show up. Usually between 9AM and 5PM. Be sure to check the world map on occasion to see when you’re needed.

Thanks. Recruiting does nothing, but doing sidequest might.
Anyway, I had my maiden-judgement. For all those other wretches out there; it is at that main tree in the middle of the town with terrible name.
Just go and stand on the small platform under the tree. If something is able to be
judged it will show up at “E”. I think that everyday something new is able to be
judged, but you don’t have to do it. I do it every few days.
