Does anyone know of a way around the issue where neither of them will move to Pribyslavitz because each seems to be feuding with the other.
I have completed the Main Quest and seem unable uncover the side quest that would allow me to break the impasse.
I am sure that other players will have experienced this problem.
Does anyone have any ideas?

well i dont think its a bug, if you have not completed the side quest “rattled” im pretty sure you cannot send either one of them back to pribby.
The only way too get one of them too move is too make the quest rattel thats a part of all that glitter. Ive you dont have done this its not give any option too get a armoursmith too your town . Fink is then the only option as a weapon smith and only ive you finished the quest of the queen of sheba sword

Ya. You hafta have the all that Glisters quest and be searching for the copper sheet source and talking to Zack will bring up a deal offered. That leads to the side quest rattled. Pick a side and the winner is the one that will go to Prib. village. Hint Ota don’t fix things…
Also you can’t have a sword guy and an armor guy . one or the other. same for butcher or baker. DUMB on the latter IMHO
sadly same bug for me, i haven’t done the quest and none of them want to join

i wanted to do this quest later, nothing told me it would disapear…now it’s not available anymore, no ohter NPC want to join my village … the DLC should include a quest to bring someone there…lot of people have finished their game, it’s a bit disappointing not to be able to hire a blacksmith due to this quest

you prolly missed this but it has been repeatedly pointed out that the game will not always await your pleasure. Some quests are time related/story line position related especially if related to the main quest line.
of course for this quest my bad, it’s a bit disappointing fro the dlc not to have some other way to hire someone 
if you have the saves and the stubbornness you could go back in saves and do it when it shows up.Then start from there.
Those that did the DLC at the end most likely did quests as they showed or not long after. After finding out what quests can wait.
where it makes sense, however the two of them would probably not stop feuding just because something happened.
Logic would state that the quest would be available regardless of when it you choose to do it unless the problem is resolved in some other way without player intervention.
However they explicitly say that the reason they do not want to go with henry is the other blacksmith so the problem has evidently not been solved.

When I did the Glisters quest line( not long after it came up) I talked to Zack last about the copper. 2nd to last I talked to his son to get him to confess. I then confronted Zack and the deal option came up. followed that line which led to the rattled quest where I challenged Ota to a duel and did that line. I then talked to Zack about my reward and the offered the job which he took.
I think you mean that the quest is linked to the glistens quest line, yes.
However my arguement is that it shouldnt be removed should you fail to do it after that quest
they’re all like that. Fail it for some reason and the quest is D.O.A. no mulligans, short of back saves.
