Will someone please tell me a 100% for sure way to acquire a pair of these damn tight red hose? I’ve had a pair and liked them cuz they’re actually black and sold em for much needed Groschen and have not come across a pair since. On Xbox One

Ok, so the Red Hose I’m talking about are called “Tight Red Hose.” They are actually black. The blackest pants in the game. Amazing for sneak/stealth and I just like a black pair of pants with the equipment I choose to wear. But I can not come across a pair since I sold the pair I had before.
