On PS4. Game crashed during Bandit camp assault. All my data was lost. Had to start new game. Please fix this so future gamers don’t have to endure the hardship. It really sucks.
This game wasn’t ready for release honestly, almost everything is bugged.

Happened to me and my brother also both randomly at different times in the game. Nothing makes you not wanting to play like starting over randomly…

Don’t bother starting a new game yet, to be completely honest. I’ve had 3 playlines completely tank out for 3 different reasons, all involving saves.
If you purchased from a retailer that will give you a refund, go get a refund until they release a working game. I’m, unfortunately, stuck with this half finished game.
Seems to be a PlayStation problem, I’m on Xbox X and haven’t had a corruption yet, still have to deal with crashes and all the other bugs though.
Yeah I have the digital version. Probably gonna wait a while until they patch this stuff to start a new game. I was just really having a good time with this game and now I feel like putting my head through a wall.
PC users are plagued with save problems as well. I reached a point, where I’m unable to progress in the game as any saved games created after that point result in a “Game Load Failed” error.
I spoke too soon, I can no longer load any saves on the Xbox one x, just says “failed to load” what a joke of a game and waste of my time.
I’m going to try to get my money back.
Edit: I can load before robber baron like others have said also but I lose 5-6 hours of gameplay, this game is a major faceplate (facepalm)
Well I wouldn’t bash the game yet. It really is a great game with an amazing story. The problem is that its basically still in the beta phase. I’ll wait for the fixes and play it again. For now I’ll just stick with Witcher and Monster Hunter lol
Honestly if they continue to update the game with content updates and various fixes i’m Ok with rushed release otherwise I say strong no if they left small teamand the bigger part free, to save money.
