Game crash as launch phase, help!

Hey, so the first time my game crash : I was playing the game while 40 minutes, then the game Crash with this message : “error : DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED”.
But now my game crash everytime when i launch it, I just see the logo of the game kcd then i have a message, who says : “kcd stop working”, i wait … then there is nothing else, just windows propose me to close the program.
Sooooooo i have windows 7 (64bits), Intel® Core™ i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti (i don’t oveclock my graphic card), 16gb RAM so i think my pc can run this beautifull game … I guess … in low !
SO I snoop on all the topic this the word “crash”, and i have made this :

  • Check my firewall
  • Check my anti virus
  • Install the newest driver for my magnificent Graphic Card
  • Install the lastest update of Windows and visual c++
  • Put the compability mode with Windows 7 on the .exe and the “launch as the administrator” mode
  • Make me a coffee
  • Delete the folder “profile” in user/…/saves games/kingdomcome/profile"
  • Delete the folder “save” in user/…/saves games/kingdomcome/save"

I have also a log error of the game :

So that’s it, i want to play but i can’t, so i guess it is a good game.

The error “DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED” is a Driver or Graphics card error. uninstall and delete the driver, then download the the latest driver. If it does not work try to remove and clean your card.

Ok Thanks, I have reinstall my driver and clean my graphic carsd but my game already crash when I launch it. But like i have specified in my first message the error “DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED” appaer just one time and now i have juste the message “kcd stop working”.

any gpu tweaking / overclocking tools involved?

nop, i don’t overclock or tweak. My graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3gb evga but maybe she is overclock by default, idk.

You can try downcloking your GPU with MSI Afterburner.

@Urquhart Ok Yes, can you remind me the value to put please ?
But i find the Log error very weird, why all my 4 processor have the same problem :

Has anyone found fix for this issue? Got new RX 570 and i have same issue with KGD. Its so great game even with some minor issues, but with this problem, its totally unplayable :confused:
