Hi. I am starting the game in Steam. It always returns the same error:
Failed to start game (unknown error).
I have visited Steam support but there weren’t an suggested fixes applicable to this. I did delete the appcache folder and restart my computer. I also veriefied local content, deleted local content and reinstalled local content all to no avail.
System:
Win7 32
Intel core i7 - 3.4
Nvidia GE force GTX560
4 Gig.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
I have had a similar problem from another game once, I deleted the whole Steam folder from my PC, cleaned up pc from any other unwanted programs and files and restarted it. I went to the steam website and re installed it. It worked, possible corrupt file or something. Try this, if it doesnt work then I am not sure.
Man you might need to find your kingdom come deliverance folder then find your vcredist folder follow it through to vcredist_x64 and install that if you don’t have it already. It worked for me.

That was apparently updated on January 22nd.
These are official minimum HW requirement:
• 64bit Windows 7 or higher
• DirectX 11 compatible video card
• 8GB RAM
• 6GB HDD space
• 4 core processor or better
So I am sorry, but 32bit won´t do 
They have it wrong for some reason.
Same issue, I have tried everything… Same error.
AMD Crimson driver, as others… My issue is resolved, thank you!
