i finish the game before “from the ashes” without any problem with 60 fps and in city 50 fps with steam family sharing on my pc but when i bought the game and “from the ashes” yesterday but when i tried to play the game but was running at 12-15 fps

-gtx 980 asus
_16 GB ram
-i7 5820k
-1,8 TB of free space
-windows 10
P.S. i think the problem is the game because only this game doesn’t work
