I haven’t completed a story but the assassin in rocketeer quest won’t show up. So I can’t progress… Well… Let’s wait for a patch
Hide in the barn outside of architect’s house and wait (T) a few minutes past midnight, he should spawn in front of the door where he’ll be trying to lockpick it.
