Game is ruining my reputation

I’ve recorded several videos of the game putting my character in situations where I get arrested, or my reputation gets ruined. For instance, using a bathhouse wench can put me in a private area (of which I had no control), and as soon as the service is over, everybody’s screaming and running away from me. A bug like this ruins the entire experience. Most of the time I’m being arrested it’s because the game is bugged out. I’m wanted for crimes in basically every single town and I’m not even breaking laws. I was really starting to enjoy this game, but I can’t seem to avoid being wanted for crimes for no reason. I can’t undo- these types of errors. I never know when they’re going to happen, and my last save could be 2 hours of gameplay before. Am I supposed to save the game every 5 minutes to counter the bugs? How do people deal with this?

And btw, it’s not the fine that I care about. It’s the fact that bugs like this are completely ruining my experience. Every time it happens I throw my arms in the air like wtf??? And then I have go spend 20 minutes on reddit and forums trying to figure out what the hell is going on. This game has been out for over a year, and it’s sold millions in revenue. Pay somebody to fix bugs like this. This isn’t even minor. This is ruining the game.

Can be very annoying, I had to drop 2 hours of play because I got the criminal flag in Rattay for no reason really. I bluffed my way out of it but guards searched me pretty much constantly after and that ruined other missions.(like actually broke them when a guard started his search dialog mid quest)

If you pick any option that isn’t bribing the guard or just letting him search you, your rep with the guards will go down.

If you pick pocketing is high you can just steal back your like 20 Groschen.

Amazing, so paying a bribe and admitting you committed the crime is superior to convincing them you actually did nothing wrong. Is this a cultural thing?

This still happens to me when I go to bathhouses, with the “You’re in a private area” message. But it never goes as far as being searched by the guards. You just have to get the hell out of there (the tent) as soon as it’s over with.

I did two playthroughts so far…

On first one i had no quarrel with the guards, also I was not involved in any shady activities from the beginning, except helping beggars with poaching.

Btw… Capons Bow has a special feature in regards to hunting, but it may go unnoticed.

On second playthrought i was harassed by the guards, as any other Skalitz refugee would.

But this clearly looks like a bug. NPC noticed you when you entered forbidden zone, and later you was ported to it while the script was still active. Staying there for 2 hours game time simply triggered the reaction as you was trespassing.

There are random events triggers that if you stole something or poached you will be stopped by a guard. I have never had an issue with the bath house, that is certainly odd, perhaps you need to stop showing the girls that dead chicken in your pants… Sorry, bad attempt at humor.

i have not had this bug recently but i do remember frequently becoming wanted in various towns for no particular reason
whenever i get arrested its always for “carrying a dead body around” or “assaulting livestock”
In KCD you never get arrested for murder, they always accuse your of carrying dead bodies around eve if they see you kill someone right in front of them so i think if you kill a civilian or a guard and someone sees then you become wanted. The game can also bug out and you can become wanted for committing crimes when there were no witnesses.

Assaulting livestock basically means punching anything bigger than a chicken INCLUDING YOUR OWN FUCKING HORSE. Now im not going to get into the ethics of caring for your pets/animals but if i get stuck in a grave and cant get out without mounting my horse while standing in the grave and the only wway to get the stupid fucking animal to turn around so i can mount it is to punch it then I SHOULD NOT END UP IN JAIL! especially if there is no one around and i end up wanted in a town literally on the other side of the map. Seriously, i have punched my horse in Pribyslavitz and ended up wanted in Ledetchko!
