Is this being looked into? Sent in the saves and all. Dev responses, not just on this thread but also general patch info seem a bit sparse.
Same, except my game won’t load and i’m at the beginning of baptism by fire auto save. when i tried to load the manual save, they won’t load either. 
Same on the PS4 since the last patch…
So i thought to load earlier saved games as well. It seems like none of the saves can be loaded. This is very very disheartening! Please dev, fix this!
Same problem. I have completed the Robber baron quest. And lost 3 hours of playtime… My older savegames are still working but i don’t want to play this part over again. I hope this will be fixed in the 1.03 patch.
I doubt that they will be able to fix corrupted saves, just stay out of it and other bugged quests. And whenever your game is not saving on sleep just make sure you don’t use saviour Schnapps as it may corrupt the save files. Just go back to the last save and replay we have been there most of us.
Ok, I’m on PS4 pro, on the main quest at The hunt begins, and now all of my new saves fail. I can’t get any further that Rattay Castle. This seems really shoddy of this issue has been going on for months with no fix. I can see that the Devs haven’t even replied. I feel confident into buying this game. I’m really cheesed off.
Devs, care to comment? How do I get past this?
I literally have the same problem as you. However sometimes i can get saves to load but then any new save i create will then crash the game at about 1/4 of the way. This is so dumb. I was so close to finish the game and now unless this is fixed I am not playing this game again. 76 hrs in as well no way i am starting a new game. Has anyone found a solution yet. Also the devs should allow ppl to go back to a previous version of the game since no issues on patch 1.3 at least for me. Anyway any help would be appreciated thank you
by any chance you did the quest “gallows brothers” and killed andreas?
my savegames are also almost broken they only work if i
-load a savegame before the issue happened (andreas was killed and then replaced for the main quest)
-after that load into the savegame you wanted to load
-hope it works if not try to load more
this worked for me at least (doesn’t work on exitsaves tho)
Same happening to me, but it has started before recent patch. My game started crashing after main questline brought me to infiltrate the monastery. Right after that it started occasional crashing, I had to abandon monastery just kill the guy in sleep and flee, after that all new save games are not even loading. They just crash while loading is 1/4 complete. I can start hearing ambient sounds from the game and in the split second it crashes.
could be worth it to try out the things i posted before, i need to load 2 savegames before i am able to load the one i wanted to load originally, if i don’t do that i also get the 1/4 crashes.
I’ve tried your suggestion, but it does not work for me unfortunately.
I’ve submitted logs and savegames to the support team. Waiting for their answer
