How Do we do so exactly?
I’m on Xbox and this just happened to me too. The loading gets stuck at 25% then after waiting for 10 minutes it notifies me that the load failed. This was my save after completing robber baron. I had read that completing this quest would destroy your game but I did it after downloading the huge 10gb update on 23 February (v.1.3 I believe, kinda hard to tell since i cant find patchnotes anywhere…) since this bug has been in the game since release i was confident and trusted that the developers had fixed it with this patch, but shame on me for thinking so I guess… I’m going to give it a couple of days and if it’s not fixed I’m going to refund this game and spend my money on more trustworthy releases. Such a shame really. I really loved this game so much, could have been my favourite RPG. My love for the game kept me playing despite countless crashes and other huge bugs, some game breaking, countless of game play hours lost. But one thing I won’t tolerate is corrupted save files preventing me from loading and forcing me to restart the entire game.

Same here. I havent done the Robber Baron Quest. Although not all saves seem to be affected only the one from my last session since older saves seem to work just fine. Since I dont know what caused it Im unsure if i should continue playing since it could happen again. Btw C:\Users[Your Windows Accountname]\Saved Games\kingdomcome\ to get to your saves
Same shit here on ps4 pro. After Robbery quest, none of my savefiles work. 44 hours for nothing. Supportmail is out. I am angry and sad because i loved this game… Cry
Same problem here. The game doesn’t load any save file. 35 hours wasted.
Where do we send the bugged saves?
Guys, I found that only the permanent saves/potion saves can be loaded, all autosaves of mine are down
how do I send my saves to you, I am playing on Xbox One. This is extremely frustrating, I have 20+ hours in the game and I have a lot of stuff I worked hard for. I never did the Barron quest. This needs to be fixed I love this game. All the bugs except this one aside, this is my 2nd favorite RPG of all time. I refuse to to start the game over. I understand you all are a new and small dev team but I’ve waited for this game for a long time and I was thoroughly enjoying every aspect of this game until today. Please contact me through this website or my email so I know you’ve seen my feedback, otherwise I will lose faith in this game, and I don’t want that. I can honestly see myself outing hundreds of hours into this game and buying any dlc you all will put out for this beautiful game. thank you.
To Jmoinjoe3 - Unfortunately is not possible to send save files from Xbox One.
But if someone can send us save files from PC, then you find them here:
:\Users<your account name>\Saved Games\kingdomcome\saves
so is there anything that can be done, can a patch fix this for me. Starting over after everything I’ve out into my first playthrough without coming close to beating the game is extremely disheartening to say the least. It’ll probably make me want to go back to PUBG for a while, and all I want to do is play KCD.
I did not do robber blarin quest, but stoppped around save game 79, which is similar to others. I think it is a saved game number issue. Tried last ten saves, no luck loading any
Yeah, my latest save which had the issue was save #80. I think its the save number.
I’m having the same problem. Any save just loads to about 25% and freezes.
So do we know if this is being worked on at all?
Or if we want it fixed we have to send it in.
Hey guys if you manage to get it fixed I found that a way to avoid this problem every effecting you again is by using a saviour schnapps every time the game auto saves and then loading the auto save straight after. This means that you will always have a recent save that works in the event of the auto saves becoming corrupt.

On PS4, since downloading the recent update NONE of my save files will load - Game load failed. Only the most recent saviour schnapps one, which was so far back it’s not worth bothering about.
Please tell me this can/will be fixed. Pissed off is an understatement
I also have this issue. I’ve submitted my save files to support@kingdomcomerpg.com … have had no response.
Same here with Xbox One. Completing robber baron mission broke all saves after that. There goes few hours of worth gaming time. Luckily had some older save point and I quess I need to forget that mission until 1.3 patch?
