Game is fantastic, you did great job. But here is feature that I miss - to be able to pause the game, if I cannot save freely. Because sometimes you have to leave comp for a while, but dont want to let everything flow without you. Or you would like to read codex in the middle of important events (because you want to know some general info about place or protagonists).
Just press escape, it pauses the game doesn´t it?
I don’t know, does it? I thought time passes all the same. And even if not, in main manu I cannot read codex.
I thought the game is paused when you are in your inventory/Kodex
Going to inventory pauses the game, going to map pauses the game, going to main menu pauses the game.

Well, it does not pause everything. I just had to follow Hans Capone, I started, then found that I can choose some new perks, so I spent some time in my abilities, then closed it and Hans was gone

I think you are right… sometimes it pauses in menu’s and sometimes it does not (maybe when in a quest?) When I press the start button and go to the menu, it definitely pauses the game.
I know this is a but old, but I must add to it. Today I left my game in the “menu” (Escape on PC) and when I came back a few hours later I was almost dieing from starvation & out of energy. Normally this works, but for some reason the menu does not always pause the game completely. I saved right before I went into the menu which I dont normally do. Maybe I was lucky with that or maybe it was the problem.
