Same here. It happens regardless of save method.
I experience the same issue with the german version. The text “Spiel gespeichert” (game saved) persists on screen and won’t go away until I restart the game. After Patch 1.3.3 it appears periodically and more frequently. But it appears only when the game saves by itself. If I save the game manually it never appeared.
In my experience, it happens only when i click save->ok->resume too rapidly
Solution : wait 1 second like this : save->wait 1 sec->ok
I swear I tried this but still got the issue. Will try again later and confirm if this 1 sec delay works.
