Is it being downgraded on the PC as well, or just the consoles?
On the consoles. We want to have the best experience possible on every system. If you have a very powerful computer you should be able to use all its power if you want to.

Yeah, just the consoles since they are less powerful. But it sounds like they might support PS4 Neo/XB1 Scorpio and it should be better there!

So 30 hours main story, 70 hours side quests, well that reminds me of never-ending Skyrim where I do not even know what is main and what side quest. Though they planned to make it more during kick-starter, now it looks more realistic.
