I know this is a bit buggy but does anyone know how to get rid of it
Pay a fine 
He probably means that even after you pay the fine, the criminal icon stays. In fact even if no one seems to want to fine you, you will often still have the icon. Basically, there’s nothing you can do about it.
yeah thanks i should have specified, no one wants to fine me, i actually went up and killed villager A in the village with the castle to see if i could incur the fine
Yes there is a special technique how to get rid of it… working title is “Start a new game”… hehe
Well seriously now, I have seen this bug, but personaly I dont know how to get rid of it.
I will ask other QA guys (and lasses) tomorrow. But I fear it (the criminal icon) will just be stuck there for ever.
