Goading bandits too easy

I’m about 55 hours in and every time I come up on a bandit encampment, I can usually goad (or provoke) an enemy bandit to chase me… forever. This bandit always dies a lonely, undesirable death with the rest of his friends sitting peacefully back at camp. It’s predictable and given time makes picking off an entire gang of bandits easy, one by one.

We should have a scaling system (with some randomness) that determines whether or not a bandit chases the player and for how long.

Both the community and the devs are aware of bad ai and scaling.

It’s on their to polish and fix list.

Maybe you shouldn’t goad and just go in swords blazing like i do. Makes it more fun to have to kill enemies faster to avoid being surrounded and killed. Lol

Uh, no. That’s not the point nor does it fit the stealth/charisma play-style of my character.
