An important question and I test it at https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/11612640 and I get that I have 12.5 GB to 16 GB at 1.6 GHz (the system eats 3.5 GB RAM) (? that is normal?? )
Well e seen that sometimes doing a bit of overlock the problem was fixed so I informed myself and saw a video where I told you to download an application called aida that tells you your components and tells you the overlock you have put ect … … Well I downloaded it and intale and it gives me that I have a 14% overlock sometimes it goes up more than 17% even 20% and the multiplier of cpu puts 39x or 40x is fluctuating all the time … it is possible that this is the problem ¿? … I do not touch any configuration … ¿because I get that I have the PC with overlock?
That just means that 3.5GB of your system memory was in use when you ran the test. The 1.6ghz is your memory speed… Normally it’s represented as 1600mhz
Thanks I understand then I do not worry … and what about the overlock? because I have it in 22? Should I download it in some way or remove it so I do not get overlocked? …
Hi, you can also try downclocking your GPU a bit by useing a tool like MSI Afterburner. Reduce Core and Memory Clock and try it in the game.
That is what’s called intel turbo boost and it’s completely normal. You have to have the “K” version of intel processors to truly overclock them. However, you can go into your bios and try upping your multiplier if it will let you. Some motherboard’s bios are trickier than others about it. I know with a fact that processor should at least run with a multiplier of 40 but you will have to go into your bios and figure out how to do it… sometimes it involves changing some power settings.
Try this first, and this is just a shot in the dark… run the game in windowed mode while you are doing that quest and see if it freezes.
Yeah I was going to suggest this as well… try dropping your core by about 50mhz and upping your max temp to about 85 degrees. You can also unlock the voltage setting and turn it all the way up… Your system will shutdown before it breaks anything.
If that doesn’t work go the other way with it. Set it back to default and increase your core clock by about 10mhz increments then once you get it as high as you can start doing the memory clock the same way.
Another thing that looks weird is the 24:3 DRAM/FSB ratio… Try running CPUZ instead and see what ratio you get on it.
it is very much thanks for the answers voya to try the 2 solutions to have if somebody fixes the error I downloaded the MSI Afterburner. What parameters do I have to change? I send a picture … what adjustments do I touch?
Very first thing you should do is click the save button under profile in the bottom right and then click on 1. That will save your default profile to number 1. You don’t really have to do this i don’t guess because i think you can click the button next to the checkmark and set it back to default but I always save it under a number for some reason.
Then turn down the slider that says core clock by about 50MHz and click the checkmark and try the game. If it doesn’t work… Turn down your Memory Clock by about 50 MHz and click the checkmark and try it. If at anytime the game works click the save button again and click on the 2 and it will save that configuration there.
If that doesn’t work click on the setting button which is the one on the left that kinda looks like the sun. Make sure unlock voltage control is checked and click ok and then restart Afterburner. Ok, then slide the top three sliders completely to the right. At this point the top one should say 100, the power limit should say 126 I think, and the Temp Limit I think will be 92. Your core clock and memory clock should both be at zero. Alright then start increasing your Core clock slider by 10MHz increments, click the check mark and try the game. At some point something is going to give… Either the game will work, or it won’t run at all. If it works save it under profile 2 or 3 or whatever. If your system locks up or the game doesn’t start, start backing it back down to the last setting it ran at. Save it… Then start doing your memory clock the same way. If that doesn’t work I would just set it back to default and you’ll have to try something else.
By the way did you try running the game in window mode and seeing if you could get past that part? If not try that first.
Actually now that I think about it… With your card being a bit older I would probably set the temperature somewhere around 87. Sorry
If I try in window mode … without borders … executing as administrator … removing it from the firevalll just in case of the antivirus ect … remove the visual effects of windows the majority, the screen I set to 60 hz also run it with the high performance power bread and in normal and nothing and tried all the possible configurations even from the nvidia panel of the controllers … And the only thing that installs in geforce experiential customization and then unleash geforce experiencie I only have the card screen drivers so haware conflict problem is not …
I’m going to test the configuration with MSI Afterburner if it works, hopefully it works I pray xD
I wouldn’t worry about geforce experience… I have games missing stuff in their all the time for some reason. Did you actually try and run it in windows mode? If you did, cool, it was just a suggestion. One other thing I should of probably mentioned that it wouldn’t hurt todo anyway just in case heat is an issue is to go backinto aftreburner settings and click on the fan tab. check the box to enable user defined settings or whatever and just increase your fan graph a little bit at each notch. I start mine at 60 and by the time it gets to 80 degrees I’m at 100 percent. A little fan noise doesn’t bother me… I’m usually playing with headphone anyway. You’ll also want to uncheck where it says auto on the fan slider.
You might also want to do a google search on your card and see what other people have been able to overclock it to just for reference. Just because someone was able to increase their core by 150 doesn’t mean you will be able to but it will kinda give you a reference. For instance I’ve gotten mine up to about +120 on the core and +500 on the memory. Some people have been able to oc their gtx 1070 by 200 but the version i got already has a built in boost to about 1800MHz so technically my total OC is almost 300MHz.
Well I uploaded it to 50 MHz and run the game and nothing will prove the second configuration
is
Core voltage 100 (the maximum)
power limit 100 (does not go up to 125 even if you configure the other two things)
core clock 10
memory clock 0
these adjustments?
had to reduce 50 MHz or increase? I say it because I executed the game by increasing 50MHz in case it was the other way …
Oh uncheck the link button next to power and temp limit and it will let you set the power higher without increasing the temp.
But first start out by leaving those alone and lowering the Core clock by 50MHz.
Hello I have not been lucky probe the configuration of MSI Afterburner and nothing … also probe several things with what I could realize that the error is only in a zone … if in an area … … not in a mission or in the game … but in a specific zone the camp and the forest of Talmberg … The other forests and the other parts of the map can go with medium graphics and even the textures in high and I’m going to 30 fps and I do not get that error and in the Talmberg forest camp if I do not understand … it is to arrive at the camp without even having started the mission and it does not last me 10 minutes computer gives me the error but in other parts of the map does not give that error for example in the city that is going to 23 fps with graphics in the middle and textures in high and that mistake does not throw me or the southern forest … When I get that error I have to restart the computer running and when I start it again I always get 2 notifications (the access of the kindomcome.ex application to graphi c hardware has been blocked) and (error when starting the screen driver; instead, the basic microsoft screen driver will be used. check windows update to get to newer screen driver.) I also have to say that if under the graphics the error takes to reproduce later but it still occurs in the forest of Talmberg. It takes longer but occurs … rare is that ONLY in that part of the map I get the error … But I think that since I found the error in the event viewer, the first error I get is:
1: The nvlddmkm screen driver stopped responding and recovered successfully. (at the time 0:37:18 here is when I get a black screen)
2: The KingdomCome.ex application access to graphic hardware was blocked. (At the time 0:37:18 this is the one that follows that I do not understand the one that has been blocked)
3: The application-specific permission setting does not grant the Local Activation permission for the COM server application with CLSID

This security permission can be modified through the Component Services administrative tool. (at the time 0:37:18 this is the one that I think is getting the error if I do not explain it to me)

(at the time 0:37:30 this error gives me much later so I guess it has no relation since at this time I was given the black screen)
This picture is with MSI Afterburner with the lowest resolution and with graphics on bass and I gave the error after a while
This picture is with MSI Afterburner but without adjusting it … and with a higher resolution and most graphics in medium and high textures and in the city I did not get the error
Then I went from the city with the adjustments in medium / high to this point and I was like more than half an hour wandering through the forest to have the error … and I did not have any error all perfect
from the forest I went to NEUHOF to steal a horse to go to the hunting camp where the error occurs in the forest of Talmberg without having started the mission
And I went to the camp and POOM gave me the error as soon as I entered the camp and went to the camp forest, something has that forest that does not want me to play and it is fucking me a lot
This seems to be where troubleshooting has taken us…
If all others variables check out- well done for the effort; gather motivation is high.
Definayely dont let geforce experience run on your pc, at all, especially after a DDU proper wipe.
Geforce experience is running other peoples settings on your PC. A gtx1030 is not a great card to trust with other users settings. (Id run ot at 1280x720 as my max resolution).
In fact, set game to 1280x720 low details and see if it loads that zone…
It could be a card communication hiccup: gpuz reports pcie 1.1
. Yes it is at x4… the bandwidth ‘times four’ of pcie 2 or 3 is good enough, but not pcie1.
The ddr5 gt1030 moght want to be in a ‘higher’ slot.
Not a definate fix
(Slight chance),…
But should be remedied if ‘incorrect’. (Computer says… ‘no’)
