Got my payment back?!

Hi there!

I bought the recently over the official site.
I payed with the paypal of my girlfriend because her account was new, and i had the chance for this “award” of 15€ for my account.

So the game was paid and i got the key and played until now.
Steam told me that there was some problem with the payment and because of that the game has been removed.

Should i wait for a response of the support or just buy it again?
Is this a common problem when buying from the official site instead of steam?

Did you look into your paypal? Did you look if the money was actually booked?

I would wait for support either Steam support or on here
which support did you contact?

the money has been booked off and then after a couple of days it was repayed. so now there is the money we payed for the game again on the account.
Don´t understand what could have caused the problem.

i contacted the KCD support.

Ok, you can sent a PM to @DrFusselpulli maybe he can tell you why this happened
if they cant say why I’d just buy the game from steam then since you have the money back
