If you focus underneath the hood to the left and right arm, you can see the arms look like sticks.

hah yes happens with some other clothes as well but to lesser extent. also in gambeson, the shoulder connection to chest is behaving weirdly as well. the animation of the clothing system is clearly still in need of tweaking
I got this with everything equipped, all I did was talk to the merchant.
It occurred after looking at the quilted jacket he had in his inventory, it gives you a preview then when you move to another item you get this bug.
