Simple question. How big is the difference between the two platforms and for example how much does PC Medium settings compare to base Ps4 settings? I’ve seen some pretty low res textures on the console version and that’s kinda sad for me, but what can you do if that’s the case? I just desperately don’t want “Low” textures or maybe even lower.
If possible, I’d like to get a detailed reply from the dev team member as I don’t know if I should get ps4 version or the PC version? My pc could maybe run Medium graphics at best.

it not gonna be that much of a difference than the ps4 pro its more powerful of course but the difference isn’t that much in fact most people probably wont even realize the difference however if you put them side by side you can clearly see the difference

Well theres actuall a big difference on the resolution. Xbox one x has a resolution of 1440p. The PS4 has 1080p. The normal ps4 has 900p.
The new xbox one x has a lot more power than the others it seems.

i was talking about KCD the ps4 beta version for ps4 and pc didn’t have much of a difference or or at least what I saw i didn’t notice any difference so i would guess its same for xbox and PC

Just to clarify it, the resolutions i listed are especially for KCD. So i was talking about KCD too mate.

yeah your right is has higher resolution of course but when i compare them side by side there is a different but its not even noticeable if u play both separably thats what i meant but idk maybe that just me cuz graphics doesn’t really matter for me if the game is good

I was also wondering and there is a good comparison in youtube uploaded the very same 13feb. I saw the trailer on the PSN and got to tell you… some stuff looked even pixelated. Its not the best port. They dev the game for PC with the idea of Xbox One but PS got in the middle and offered a lot of money for their port.
Yesterday i bought the PC version and i can tell you that looks gorgeous on ultra high (i7 + 1050ti) and very stable at 40fps. Loving it so far. I really wanted it to look like that on the PS (i play ps in my comfy couch instead of chair) but… knowing the effort the Warhorse team put into creating these graphics i chose to buy on PC to really make up for all the effort they put in.
Also… i noticed there is a lot of “little reading” that you can be aware of and act towards, like the conversations people have in the streets… and i do not want to see myself standing up to check the text on my tv…
Astonishing game.
