When I (Henry) steal something, the guards would be called upon and would haunt me.
But when a thief is fleeing and a somebody is shouting: “Thief, thief”, none of the guards cares, they just walk by as if nothing happened.

poor detailing there.
Same problem with the Timmy quest when the bandits running into Rattay and the guards just standing there and don’t even stop them.
