Halberds piling up in Rattay - PS4

I’m playing on normal PS4. There are several spots in Rattay where piles of Halberds are forming. I can’t pick them up to sell or dispose of because I’m immidiately stopped for stealing. I’m concerned this is slowing down the frame rate in the town. Is this normal or a bug? I can send a savegame if someone would like.

It’s a recent bug with the new update. I’m sure they’ll fix it in time, but for now, FREE HALBERDS! (Just don’t get caught)

Yeah, it’s hard to steal those right outside the south gate, given that there are always 2 guards right there and plentiful fire and torch light even at night.

But the real issue is, they present not only a trip hazard on the steep path to the gate, but also one that can cut your foot off at the ankle. Given that the Codex says much about the public safety code enforcement standards of 1403 Bohemia (my current career is firefighting so I do fire safety inspections in real life; thus I found this interesting), I’m surprised the nearby gate guards haven’t taken care of this problem themselves. Or that Nightingale hasn’t put his boot up their asses to make them do it, etc. After all, the halberds belong to the guards.

Guards will also drop their haldberd if they enter a door that block the haldberd. Rattay’s armory entrance is full of dropped haldbers for me.

Same here. All 3 gates at Rattay have a huge pile of them. Horse kicks them everywhere when I come back into town. Frame rate has dropped so much and I can’t move them or I’m yelled at for being a thief. Then there are several random spots throughout the towns that have similar pile up points. It is really becoming a mess to be honest.

Unfortunately all those piled up halberds and discarded npc items will reach a critical mass and end up breaking your game and you’ll end up with the Camera Shake bug.

It doesn’t happen to everyone, but you will notice a steady decline in performance and it will get progressively worse until you get the shakes.

Sorry guys. This is gonna be fixed in 1.4. The bugs is physics. Seems, that for some reason for some people, items that NPCs used fell through ground and when the amount of such items reaches critical level, the physics system starts to malfunction. Its fixed in 1.4 which SHOULD be released next week. No exact date yet.

I stopped playing yet again sadly…
Frame rate is dropping so much that it is a serious issue. I figured much more would be game breaking yet again.
I don’t want to start over a third time.
Very tiring…
