Well, i am actually in the quest given by Hans where you go to the baths with him. During the night, he asks me to go grab some wine from the cellar under the city hall. But i cannot find it…do i need a lockpick to access that area? And where would i get one during night? 
Hans is a twat. The key is in his trunk in the bathhouse.
You either grab that or manage the very hard lock on the door, it’s the one near the corner on the left side of the building.

I stand infront of the town hall, then I go left and there is a door which is locker very hard.
Someone who can help me?
If it’s the right house then there should be another door on the backside… i think it’s to the second floor and then you just go down the stairs into the cellar where you use the key from hans.
