Love this game and wondering if anyone did a speedrun of it. How quick were you?
why? don’t see the reason for it.
I’m currently running my hardcore mode only main quests, so once I finish, I’ll let you know how much time it took. It is certainly harder when I want to achieve merciful and no training with Bernard beyond the quest related stuff.
Denhonator is the only one I know that does speed runs. Google “kingdom come speedrun” for all the relevant links.
If there were an achievement/trophy for it, this might actually increase replayable value

It wouldn’t be good decision to make such achievement. They should support players to explore all the game offers and not give players ideas to rush through it because the game will lose a lot of its value or charm in their eyes. It is certainly better to do little main quest, run in the woods, then brawl in side quest, run back to main, train with Bernard, then hunt rabbits, kill band of Cumans, rob the trader at night, pay indulgences, search treasures. Diversity is good here.

Wasn’t there an achievement for dying in Skalitz jail? Speedrun without all the dialogue is less than 2hrs on normal and 4hrs on hardcore without fast travel.
I also heard some people say they got the complete the game on hardcore achievements by dying in Skalitz jail too.
I have done a speedrun and finished the main quest. But there was noe cutscene with Capone at the end. He offers me to join his adventures (new DLC), but i do not want to. I want my achievement. I also did the speed run with all 9 negative perks for the other achievment. Is this a bug? Or do i realy need to play the amorous adventures??!!
