Has anyone found a fix for the non-dirty clothes or damage?

I’m having the same bug as everyone else and I know the devs know about it but has anyone found a fix to this yet? On ps4.

Clothes and armor doesn’t get dirty or damaged. Henry looks perfectly clean and undamaged at all times.

Just wondering if anyone has found a way around this… Tried to play on playline 2, tried normal and hardcore. It’s the same…

Ya me to haven’t deleted both saves yet just one at a time but it didn’t work🤤

I hope Warhorse has found. I lost count how many times this problem has been reported after update to 1.6. Taking into account other graphics and performance issues that arose with 1.6, it’s unlikely that an end-user can find a fix.

Ah, well… That sucks. I love this game but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t completely frustrated with this game and it’s bugs and patches that break things. I don’t even want to touch the game when it has problems like these. It just makes me want to not pay attention to it until they fix the game properly and I can play it…

I just wish I could play this game and not have any problems but it’s one thing after another. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Well, this game has had much more serious issues than this cosmetical bug. And still has, probably. The crazy thing is that this problem pops up created by an update so long into the developing cycle. It seems that even though the gamebreaking bugs are getting adressed and overall you can have a gratifying gaming experience (I know I am!!), new buggy stuff always appears after each fix.

What I’m really curious about is that how it got broken. I mean you cannot break some mechanic unless you try to improve, or amend, or correct it. The most commonly reported issue was the clothes getting too dirty too quickly, but this problem is very easily addressed by tweaking 3 parameters in RpgParams.xml. Just before the 1.6 I tweaked it to my absolute happiness with it :frowning: Anyway, how did it get broken so fundamentally? Have you noticed that the green doublet (the one that the Rattay tailor wears) is now a mess even at 100%?

Yep it’s preety ratty

Yeah, I don’t know. If it was a simple fix and it’s messed up, they must of been trying to tweak something else that made it mess up overall.

I’m honestly thinking about just putting this game off for a long time and checking in here occasionally to see if things have been fixed. It’s too damn frustrating. People say it’s ok and to keep playing but I’m not going to do that. The dirty and damaged clothes was too cool of a feature and I’m not going to just play through without it

I dont mind because I have played Bethesda games. As far as bugs in the first year go, this is 1000% better.

Um, you’re fucking insane if you think that. Quit riding this game raw people ffs

Please do, you have to have patience in general for rpgs and your clearly not wired in that way. Not everyone is.
