I would really welcome option for healing NPC´s - i.e. if I stumble upon cutthroats robbing some merchants, I chase away or kill the cutthroats and then watch the merchant die slow painful death because of his wounds bleeding… although I have healing at 3rd level and full backpack of bandages.
I mean, what in the hell happened to christian charity and knightly duties, so much represented throughout the middle-ages? Some first aid, with rewards reaching from simple reputation increase to some valuable items (depending on the status and wealth of the saved person) - this would be such a great addition.
Or consequences, if you refuse to aid to someone, again varying from reputation loss to downright manhunt (if you do not do anything to save a dying noblewoman, then you deserve the punishment, if they can catch you and drag you to the gallows )
