so i dont know what to do anymore i can’t find this mineshaft i already looked everywhere, theres this mine with water inside idk if you’re supposed to do anything like a bridge to progress doesnt looks like it.
if someone could just give me a image with the place.

The Quest is broken at the moment. You have the C on the Camp, where Nemoy and his Minions are camping. I have the C directly on the Mineentrance. I cannot take Nemoy in alive even if i want to (killed him even when he attacked me with a sword and i replied unarmed) and i can´t report the silver finding to Freyfar, the one women in the Camp will give you, when you talk politely to here before entering the mine. When i talk to freyfar (remember with the job to report the silver finding to him) this part of the quest fails. So frustrating at the moment.
I think if you stick to the main road and look left, you will see the mineshaft. The C objectives is under the camp, inside the mineshaft, when you find the mine, go and explore.
Have you found the chest that goes along with the key that the women is carrying on her. I pick pocketed it from her while she was sleeping but can’t find anything the key goes with. I thought it may go to a place where she hid the silver. But the only chest I’ve found is one deep down the mindshaft up north of their camp. It’s marked as an interesting site. But the key wouldn’t open it. I’m hoping they fix this quest soon.
This by far is the most broken quest and after reading everyone else’s problems with this quest it seems that my quest is more broken. Firstly there is no one in the camp up the top of the hill, after reloading a couple of time people started appearing however only one was interactable, the female miner. After giving up and playing other quests for around 3 hours I was put into a loading screen after which an invisible man asked ne what I was doing here,after returning to the camps at the mine it turns out the invisble guy was saying the lines for the leader now Im unable to interact with nemoy for whatever reason.
Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the effort but you won’t have my thanks on this one :, following the entrance 1, I was just spoiled from some of the main story… 
this is not the entrance for “the king’s silver” quest, but one for a presumably a much-later game one, judging from who I encountered there…
Given than you went as far as putting them on a map for us, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and just assume this spoil was not intentional.

the best outcome is to talk to nemoy and accept his offer of silver to pretend you never saw them. then survey the mine and when nemoy dies you escape the mine and return to feyfar, tell him the job is done and that you saw no one. he will be relieved that his suspicions were unwarranted and give you the full reward. just make sure you dont accidentally complain about the trouble that the miners caused you, as “they dont exist.” wink wink.
