Edit: After re-installing all my game files it seems fixed. I guess Steam f***ed up my installation with the texture pack.

I have been experiencing an issue recently with Henry falling through the ground in Talmberg. It happens both on foot and on horseback.
The only recent change to my game has been installing the Hans Capon DLC and the HD Texture DLC (which had not installed properly, so I reinstalled it)
