Henry sluggish when running from Cumans

I went after the Cumans by following the north “fence” then climbing the hill to the tree overlooking their camp. After I stuck an arrow in one they came charging after me trying to flank me. rather than stand in a cross fire I deemed it advisable to beat a hasty retreat.

However once I turned around it was like Henry was running in oatmeal. Once I faced forward (toward the Cumans) curiously I could backpedal faster than when I was fleeing by facing away from them.

I searched but didn’t find this listed anywhere, but I’m not good with the search function so I hope this isn’t a duplicate report.

[/quote]No mention of putting the bow away? You can’t run with the bow out. Simple as that.

Ummm… I typically have the bow out and run through the woods toward the camp. Is that different from running during combat? Is this to discourage Sir Robin behavior?

It’s been a while since I have played. I didn’t try running with the bow while not in combat. I definitely remember not being able to kite with the bow out though. The combat would be trivial if you could simply run away and spam arrows. I already think the arrows are a bit OP.

You cannot sprint nor jump with your bow equipped, this is what is causing the oatmeal feel.

The only other thing that comes to mind with this issue (other then drawn bow) is you may have toggled run/walk mode using caps lock.
