Up until henry has his little romp in the hay with Teresa she will accept any number of gifts, talk to him, mess around and in general just be sweet as hell. After he beds her obviously things change between them. She is colder than a damn mackerel. she won’t open her mouth about anything except what happened to her in Skalitz. It would be nice if they could continue the romance between them, but no freaking way. So what’s the deal with that?

Yeah I thought the same thing. Would be cool if she could also come live with you in Prybyslavitz or something like that you know. Furthermore a little bit of talk like hey how are you doing for example would be nice. Just a little bit of interaction after the courtship quest would be nice.

Yeah, I felt the same way. I thought that they would continue the romance, or at least have some type of interaction afterwards, but nope, they acted like nothing ever happened, like two bots. My guess is that the game was deliberately built this way so Henry could woo other women in the game, and not suffer from loosing the atmosphere - for example:

the alemaid in uzhitz on the quest with father godwin, and the lady stephanie.
And another thing that bugged me, is that the fact that the dresses and other various gifts you could give Theresa before the quest ends, is now just for realism sake, or, at the most, loot so you can sell it.
So, by doing that, this was a big con in the gamaplay itself. It’s a shame, we don’t see our boy Henry in a stable relationship haha.

I read some other folks on this board commenting that the lead developer Daniel Vávra had stated he was equally dissatisfied with the dynamic with Theresa post consumation. The project was apparently delayed several times by a total of some years, so I suppose things were getting fairly tense and there wasn’t enough time/leeway to enhance something so involved as all the voice lines for that NPC.
I really hope they made great bank from this game, and are able to do another one (or three!) and enjoy less constraints!
Maybe we’ll see something more in the Woman’s Lot DLC
