Hey, if we are going to start posting “doggie” pictures, I got FIVE!
Beautiful pup!
I’ve had two Black Labs. They are smart and loyal dogs. They loved the water and fetching balls.
Strong swimmers!

Ok, here goes…

Clockwise Left to right from the brown lab laying down.
Belle (stray), Shep (rescue), Angel, Lovell (rescue), and Precious (rescue).
Sadly, I lost Shep last summer to kidney failure.
Belle was a stray my neighbor took in. They went on vacation and had me tend to their dogs.
They wanted me to cage her at night, afraid she might mess in the house. I felt sorry for her, so I brought her home till they came back from vacation. When they came back, she kept getting out of their yard and would come to my front door. She decided she wanted to live with me instead of them. Neighbors agreed.
Lovell I rescued from the shelter in 2012. He is a Maltese mix.
Precious I brought home to foster. She was so skinny. Had her two weeks when she was laying next to me on the couch and I was rubbing her belly. I felt a lump on one side, so I checked the other side. Sure enough she had two lumps and then it kicked me. She was pregnant? She didn’t look it!
I thought, “I’ll have to call the vet in the morning and let the shelter know.”
She had 4 pups that same evening. Kept one of her pups, that’s Angel.
And now for the newest addition, Buddy, another rescue from Ward Animal Shelter.
He was born last November. Some kind of terrier mix and he is living up to the name, but he is also sweet.

Sure is one really unique and beautiful Pack you have. That’s really cool. I wish I could have that many dogs lol, I love the story about your neighbor’s dog getting out and coming back to you all the time . I’m sure this goes without saying but I have to after reading your post. You’re a really awesome person for doing what you do for our four-legged friends thanks
