Hi,hope my creaky old pc can run this

hi guys,just thought i’d say hello to you all,so “hello”
i couldn’t resist buying into this game,it looks to be the game i’ve always wanted & never thought i’d see.
after watching several youtube videos i just couldn’t resist getting the beta,even if my old rig won’t run it at least my money should be a little use to the developers & i’ll just have to wait until it’s out on xbox one.
now as to me rather old gaming rig,do i have any chance of running this game.
my rig was pretty good in it’s day but it’s getting on now (like me) & i’m not in a position to buy a new rig as yet.
ok here’s my dusty specs.
Intel Q9650
Asus P5Qpro m/b
ATI HD5870
8gb DDR2 800mhz
P/S is an 800W Hyper.

ok don’t laugh,i said it was getting old.
beta is downloading as i type,do you think i’ve any chance of running it.

I would be leaning towards yes to being able to run it, but it would most likely be at a very low framerate.

hi,thanks for that.
it does indeed run better than i expected,all settings on medium except shadows which are on low.
frame rates are indeed not brilliant,but it is playable so i’m pretty happy.

:edit - once i remembered to set my resolution to 1080p i put everything on low,motion blur off & it runs fine,still looks pretty good too.
