Horrible answer from Peter Novak of warhorse

I sent a message to support recently and asked if the textures and pop’in would be addressed in a future update, and if it was even possible to patch. Here is his exact response.

I find this answer horrible. He didn’t answer the question and pretty much put the blame on me. I want to play this game but on PS4 it is almost unplayable. I don’t understand why Peter is working in this position if he can’t give a concerned response. Not a good look for warhorse as a whole

That isn´t a horrible answer. Pop-ins will be better with the upcoming 1.3 patch, and restarting the console is helping to keep the RAM clean. His recommendation will directly address your problem and he answered you in a direct, friendly and and describing way. Thread closed.
