I was in Pribyslavitz fighting on foot. My horse whinnied and ran off somewhere and now, when I whistle it won’t come. For added realism is the horse temperamental? Where’s it gone?
Are you sure your horse did not get killed?
I thought that at first but it wasn’t lying on the floor. Hum. If it was a slow bleed and died somewhere near the camp I hope it stays there because it was carrying stuff and had expensive tack on. If I’ve lost it it’s gonna be a grind
My horse hasn’t died because when I offered him as trade in he appeared, and I have the option to open his inventory. So I don’t know what’s going on.
Go back to where you lost him, run in the direction he did and just whistle like mad. You should find him eventually.
Not sure why it happens but I’ve had the same thing. I think it’s just getting too far away from your horse when it “dies” (since afaik horses can’t actually die in this game) so it won’t auto-teleport to you until you go find it again.
I’m at the camp now but I didn’t see which way he went in the first place. Time to fight I guess coz as soon as I whistle I’ll get attention
