I bought my own horse already and now I got a horse through the main quest (pebbles). I would like to select my own horse back and sell the new one. how and where can I manage my horses?

Okay I am still doing the whole quest and when I call my horse it’s still my old one but the game treated it as if the new horse was now mine. Can’t I sell my horse? What happens if I buy another one?
You can trade in your current horse when you buy a new one, but even if you own your own stables in Ashes, there is no horse management.
If you have a horse when you’re given Pebbles, then Pebbles spawns in, and there’s nothing you can do with it, except kill it, take its saddle, sell that, and then sell its meat.
