The horse race is bugged it will not trigger that i have completed the race when have taken the flag and go back to Sir Divish after i have completed the race in first place.I thing this bug is only on 1.6 hardcore mod i have done this race before on normal and this will not happen there only on 1.6 on PC
I can’t seven set it up. The stable master walks to a doorway and faces away and can’t be talked to. even with no mods.
That bug also happened to me you must wait few hours so he walk away from the door he is stuck in

This quest was bugged for me too. At one point my horse completely started riding in the opposite direction. So I reloaded to a save before the race, and I automatically won the race by default since the other racers never showed up, lol.
Had the same problem and solved it also with waiting.
