There is a bug I’ve run into that basically stops me being able to use my horse. When i call the horse it comes to me but slides over (walking animations not showing) and when I get on the horse I am unable to either turn or go forward/backward. The horse is not overencumbered and this has never happened to me before. It started after I got off the horse to fight and when I tried to ride away it happened.
i have not restarted the game but fast travelling hasn’t resolved the problem.

EDIT: restarting did fix it but, it’s the only fix I found so far
