Nějak mi nejdou dohromady slova “Win 10” a “upgraduj” 
. S hraním na low počítám, hlavně aby to jelo plynule na 60 FPS.

find out if your motherboard has a PCIE slot that is 16 x 3rd gen. non 3rd gen are slower 4x slot does affect frame rate.
EDITED: I have a single PCIe 16x 3.0 slot.
seemS for me is the cpu/mb combo is slowing me. and a better card wouldn’t hurt, just the $$$
