I bought the digital collector’s edition, but now I want to buy the physical collector’s edition.
(I bought if from the kingdom come deliverance website)

Sorry, it is not possible to switch (no more). Warhorse has orderd some weeks ago the physical editions they need from DeepSilver. DeepSilver is the publisher of the physical version of the game.
Ah, too bad. Well, first come first serve. 
So I just saw that other suppliers still have the collector’s edition. Is there any way to cancel the digital order from the kingdom come site so I can buy the collector’s edition?
because having both wouldn’t make much sense to me.
