Hello. Is there a way to delete some bugged quests from the journal? I play on PC.
No. there is no Option to delete open quest. For now you have to ignore them…

In Perfect consequence, you should have the possibility to walk to the questgiver to tell him, that you don’t want to fullfil his task. More immersive then cast click on a cancel-button.
But as said so many times, I don’t think there is planty room to talk about future features as long as the bugs are sonoreswbt and need to be fixed first.
