How do I disable timed decisions?

I absolutely love the emotionally driven conversations in this game, but the problem is the timed decisions are too fast and I cannot comprehend the deep scope of each dialogue choice in such a short amount of time. I like to have a couple of drinks while I play games so that slows me down a tad. I just want to chill and take in the moment, ponder each choice and then answer. The timed decisions rob me of both immersion and feeling.

Please tell me there is a way to disable timed decisions? It interferes with my role playing big time.

I also hated the time decisions in witcher 3, they would make me nervous before each dialogue. Instead of feeling relaxed and enjoyment before a good conversation, there would be the stress of failing a timed dialogue decision.

Please tell me there is a way to disable timed decisions, it’s heavily interfering with my enjoyment of the game.

I like to save the quick timing related stuff to combat only.

It should set you under some pressure

It might be possible with a memory hack on PC. Something like Cheat Engine. There must be a value and memory address, but AFAIK, no one has bothered to find what it is, so you’d have to try and find it yourself.
